1. Terms​
Welcome to the terms and conditions governed by Yukti Limited.​​

1.1 What these terms cover
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply movement and wellness classes to you and your participants. Where the word 'Service' is used in this agreement, it shall be taken to mean each of our movement classes, workshops, or sessions including but not limited to yoga classes, pilates, breathwork, sound baths, meditation, calisthenics, and any related wellness services as applicable.

1.2 Why you should read them
Please read these terms carefully before you book any appointment with us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide services to you and your participants, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms or require any changes, please contact us to discuss.

1.3 Definitions
In these terms and conditions: "We," "us," or "our" refers to Yukti Limited "You" or "your" refers to the business or organisation booking our services "Participant" refers to any individual attending classes booked under your contract with us "Services" refers to any movement or wellness classes, sessions, or workshops we provide

We are YUKTI LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 15221209 and our registered office is at 1 Batten House, The Drive, London, England, E17 3BX.​

Includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.​​

3. Booking Process and Contract Formation​
​
3.1 Booking Requirements
All classes except a Trial Session must be booked at least 14 days in advance to ensure instructor availability and proper preparation. All bookings must be made through www.yukti.health or by emailing hello@yukti.health for further support.​
​
3.2 How we will accept your booking request
Our acceptance of your booking order will take place when we email you a booking confirmation within 2 business days of your request, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.​

3.3 If we cannot accept your booking
If we are unable to accept your booking, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the services. If we have already charged you, we will provide a full refund. This may be due to practitioner unavailability, health contraindications, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.​

3.4 Subscription plans and start dates
If you purchase a subscription plan or class package through our website, the plan start date must correspond to the date of your first scheduled session. When selecting your plan start date at checkout, please ensure this matches the date of your first booked class. Plans purchased without a corresponding session booking will begin from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your plan start date aligns with your first session to receive the full benefit of your subscription.

4. Our Services​​
​
4.1 What we offer
We offer three monthly membership tiers, each providing access to our core movement practices: Life Membership - 2 sessions per month (£255/month) Force Membership - 3 sessions per month (£385/month) Energy Membership - 4 sessions per month (£510/month) All memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis and include access to any of our seven core practices. Sessions are pre-scheduled by Yukti Health in consultation with you.

4.2 Core Practices (Membership Only)
The following practices are available exclusively through membership purchase:
Vinyasa Yoga (60 min) - Invigorating flow improving strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance
Beginner Yoga (60 min) - Fundamental yoga practice with warm-ups and basic postures
4 Beat Yoga (60 min) - Dynamic vinyasa practice synchronising breath and movement
Power Yoga (45 min) - Energising practice building strength and stamina
Yoga & Meditation (75 min) - Complete practice combining postures, breathwork and meditation
Mat Pilates (60 min) - Low-impact bodyweight exercises focusing on core strength and flexibility
Calisthenics (60 min) - Workout using bodyweight to build muscle, balance and flexibility​

4.3 Premium Add-On Services (Individual Purchase)
The following services can be purchased individually outside of membership: Breathwork (Pranayama) - £120 per 45-minute session Guided breathing exercises for mental wellbeing and self-awareness Sound Bath - £200 per 60-minute session Relaxing experience using crystal bowls and gongs for stress relief and deep meditation Yoga Nidra - £120 per 45-minute session Meditative state between waking and sleeping for rejuvenation and balance.​

4.4 Trial Sessions
We offer complimentary trial sessions for businesses considering a Yukti Health membership: Trial Session - Introduction to Yoga (60 min, Free) One trial session per company to experience our services before committing to membership. Must be booked at least 3-5 days in advance. We reserve the right to refuse trial sessions to organisations who have previously purchased paid services from us, or where we reasonably believe the trial offer may be abused.​

4.5 Class Scheduling and Availability
Sessions are pre-scheduled in consultation with your organisation. Classes can be scheduled Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM.

4.6 Class Capacity
Each class should not exceed 30 participants to ensure quality instruction and safety.

4.7 Service delivery methods
Our classes may be provided:
In person at your corporate location.
or designated venues at community centres or rented spaces.
In outdoor settings (weather permitting).​

4.8 Instructor qualifications and standards
​All our instructors are appropriately qualified and certified in their respective disciplines. We maintain professional liability insurance and adhere to standards set by relevant professional bodies including: Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP) Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) where applicable.​
​4.9 Physical fitness and health requirements
You must inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect participation by any of your participants (including yourself) in movement classes. We reserve the right to modify or recommend alternative classes based on individual needs and safety considerations.

4.10 Children and young people
Classes for children under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during classes unless specifically arranged otherwise.
4.11 Equipment and venue requirements
We will provide any specialised equipment needed (sound bowls, props, etc.) You must provide a suitable space for the movement classes, free from obstructions and with sufficient room for all participants. Adequate ventilation and lighting must be provided. We recommend you provide changing and shower facilities for participants​.

5. Health and Safety Requirements​
​
5.1 Health Waivers
All participants (including yourself if participating) must complete a health waiver prior to their first class at: https://www.yukti.health/participant-waiver-form

5.2 Injury and Health Concerns
You are responsible for ensuring all participants (including yourself if participating) inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns prior to the class.

5.3 Covid-19 Guidelines
Classes will adhere to current Covid-19 guidelines, including social distancing and sanitation measures as applicable.​

5.4 Fitness and health representations
By booking our classes, you acknowledge and represent that all participants (including yourself if participating):

Are physically capable of participating in the movement activities offered Have completed a health declaration form provided by you as the person making the booking Have disclosed any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations via the health declaration, which you have provided to us.
Understand the physical nature of the classes and associated risks.
Will not participate beyond their physical capabilities.
Will inform the instructor immediately if they feel unwell or experience pain.
You are responsible for ensuring all participants (including yourself if participating) complete health declaration forms and for providing these to our instructors prior to class commencement.

5.5 Class participation guidelines
You must ensure all participants (including yourself if participating):
Inform the instructor of any injuries or physical limitations before class.
Listen to their body and rest when needed.
Stay hydrated throughout the session.
Avoid eating large meals 2 hours before vigorous classes.
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and discuss any concerns.

5.6 Exercise limitations and contraindications
Our movement classes may not be suitable for everyone.
You should ensure all participants (including yourself if participating) consult their GP before participating if they have: Recent injuries or surgeries.
Cardiovascular conditions.
High or low blood pressure.
Pregnancy (please inform instructor for modifications).
Any chronic medical conditions.
Are taking medications that may affect their physical performance.

5.7 Emergency procedures
If any participant (including yourself if participating) experiences any discomfort, pain, or feels unwell during class:
They should stop the activity immediately Inform the instructor.
Seek medical attention if needed.
Contact emergency services (999) for serious medical emergencies.​

6. Payment Terms​
​
6.1 Membership Pricing
Current pricing for our membership plans:​
Life Membership: £255 per month (2 sessions).
Force Membership: £385 per month (3 sessions).
Energy Membership: £510 per month (4 sessions)
Memberships operate on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled with appropriate notice as outlined in Section 7.

6.2 Premium Add-On Pricing
​Current pricing for premium add-on services:
Breathwork: £120 per 45-minute session.
Sound Bath: £200 per 60-minute session.
Yoga Nidra: £120 per 45-minute session.

6.3 Payment process
Invoices will be issued upon booking confirmation for memberships and individual add-on services.
For memberships, payment is required monthly in advance.
For premium add-ons, payment is required prior to the scheduled session.
We accept bank transfers and credit card payments.
Payment is required according to the terms specified in your booking confirmation.

6.4 Late payment
If payment is not received by the due date, we may charge interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received. This statutory rate reflects our legal entitlement under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.​ ​

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy​
​
7.1 Membership Cancellation
​Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to hello@yukti.health. You will be charged for the full notice period regardless of whether sessions are used during this time.

7.2 Individual Session Cancellation (Membership Sessions)
For pre-scheduled membership sessions:​
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled class will be rescheduled at no charge.
Cancellations made within 7 days will result in the loss of that session credit.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged as used sessions with no credit returned.

7.3 Premium Add-On Cancellation
For individually purchased add-on services (Breathwork, Sound Bath, Yoga Nidra):

7+ days' notice: Full refund

2–7 days' notice: 50% cancellation fee

Less than 48 hours or no-show: 75% cancellation fee
These fees represent our genuine pre-estimate of the losses we incur from cancellations at different notice periods and are not intended as penalties.

7.4 Trial Session Cancellation
Trial sessions must be cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in ineligibility for future trial sessions.

7.5 Rescheduling appointments
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate rescheduling requests where possible, subject to practitioner availability and our advance booking requirements.

​7.6 Service Provider Cancellations
If any participants (including yourself if participating) need modifications to exercises due to physical limitations or injuries, please inform your instructor before class begins. Our instructors will provide suitable alternatives where possible.

8. Our rights to make changes​
​
8.1 Service modifications
We may modify our services to:
Reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Incorporate new treatment methods or techniques.
Enhance the overall experience and outcomes for clients.
Address safety or professional standards requirements.

8.2 Pricing changes
We reserve the right to adjust membership and add-on pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing members will be notified of any price changes before their next billing cycle. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel your membership as outlined in Section 7.1.​

8.3 Instructor changes
While we aim to provide consistency, your regular instructor may not always be available. In such cases, we will provide a suitably qualified substitute instructor or offer to reschedule your class.

8.4 Cancelled classes
If we need to cancel your class due to instructor illness, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our reasonable control, we will: Contact you as soon as possible (minimum 2 hours notice where possible).
Offer an alternative class time or substitute class.
For premium add-ons, provide a full refund if rescheduling is not suitable.
For membership sessions, return the session credit to your account.

9. Data protection and confidentiality​
​
9.1 Health information
We will process health information for you and your participants in accordance with: UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

9.2 Class records and attendance
We maintain records of class attendance and any relevant health information you provide for participants. These records are kept securely and confidentially in accordance with data protection laws.

9.3 Information sharing
We will only share information about you or your participants with third parties:
With your explicit consent.
When required by law In emergency situations where safety is at risk.
With venue providers when necessary for class delivery (basic contact information only) ​​

10. Liability and insurance​
​
10.1 Our liability
We maintain professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Breach of statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

10.2 Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring all participants (including yourself if participating):
Accurately report their fitness level and any health conditions.
Follow instructor guidance and safety recommendations.
Do not exceed their physical capabilities.
Bring appropriate equipment (yoga mat, water bottle, etc.).
Have suitable insurance coverage for physical activities.

10.3 Physical activity risks
While our classes are designed to be safe, physical activity carries inherent risks including:
Muscle strains or sprains.
Falls or loss of balance.
Aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
Cardiovascular stress in vigorous classes.
Dehydration or overexertion.
Individual reactions to breathing exercises or meditation.
All participants (including yourself if participating) participate at their own risk and you must ensure all participants have appropriate personal insurance coverage.

11. Professional conduct and standards​
​
11.1 Professional boundaries
We maintain strict professional boundaries in all client relationships. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services.

11.2 Continuing professional development
Our instructors engage in regular training and continuing education to maintain current knowledge of movement practices and safety standards.

11.3 Complaints procedure
If you have concerns about our classes or instructors:

12. Intellectual property​
​
12.1 Class methods and sequences
All yoga sequences, movement patterns, breathing techniques, and class structures used in our sessions remain our intellectual property or that of our licensed instructors.

12.2 Use restrictions
You and your participants may not record, photograph, or reproduce our classes, teaching methods, or materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal use for individual practice is acceptable unless specifically stated otherwise.

13. Direct Booking Prohibition​
​
13.1 Instructor booking requirements
All classes and services must be booked through Yukti Limited via www.yukti.health or hello@yukti.health. Direct booking arrangements with our instructors require our explicit written consent.

13.2 Direct Booking Prohibition​
Our instructors are independent contractors who have agreed to direct all booking enquiries through Yukti Limited. If you arrange classes directly with our instructors without our prior written consent:
We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately without refund.
We may pursue recovery of our actual losses, which may include but are not limited to: recruitment and training costs, lost commission on sessions booked directly, administrative expenses, and other demonstrable financial losses resulting from the breach.
We may refuse to provide future services to your organisation.

13.3 Instructor obligations
Our instructors are contractually obligated to direct all booking enquiries to Yukti Limited. Any instructor found to be accepting direct bookings without our consent will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination of their contract with us.

13.4 Legitimate direct arrangements
If you wish to book an instructor directly for services outside the scope of Yukti Limited's offerings, you must obtain our written consent in advance. We will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.

14. Dispute Resolution
​
14.1. Informal resolution
If any dispute arises between us, we both agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through good faith discussions. Please contact us at hello@yukti.health to raise any concerns.

14.2 Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to consider mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.​​

14.3 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be resolved in English courts, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

16. General Term
​
16.1 Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Notice and any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede any previous agreements, understandings, or arrangements between us.​

16.2 Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect and provide you with the opportunity to review updated terms. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16.3 Governing law
These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved in English courts.​
​
16.4 Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed from these terms.​

16.5 No waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Yukti Limited.

16.6 Third party rights
These terms are between you and Yukti Limited. No third party has any right to enforce any provision of these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

16.7 Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government action, industrial disputes, fire, flood, pandemic, or failure of third party services or utilities.
