Beginner Yoga

Suitable for - Beginners
Whether your team is made up of experienced yogi’s, people trying yoga for the first time or anyone in between.. This class is a great way to introduce yoga to your team and make them feel inclusive. so they can reap the health benefits; yoga is an inclusive practice so is perfect for everyone, regardless of their background.
A fundamental yoga practice which includes warm-ups, a sequenced yoga flow of basic postures.
4 Beat Yoga

Duration - 60 min
Suitable for - Beginners
A dynamic vinyasa / rocket practice that raises the energy of a yoga practice by synchronising breath and movement to 4 beats, and attuning our awareness.
This form of yoga curated by Marcus Veda is growing in popularity and will leave practitioners feeling focused & energised.
Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, the practice targets the deeper layers of the body, such as the connective tissues through long-held poses. It supports overall flexibility, releases tightness, leaves you feeling stronger, calmer and less anxious.
This class is a NO PROPS Yin Practice designed to relieve both mental and physical tension in the mind and body. Individuals can choose to make their practice either relaxing or to have a deeper exploration of the yoga poses with continuous focus on their breath and honing their technique.
Mat Pilates

Suitable for - Beginners
Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise using your bodyweight as resistance, with emphasis on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. It's excellent for enhancing both strength and posture.
This mat based pilates class uses body weight exercises so it requires no equipment apart from a mat. and is perfect for any space.
Vinyasa Yoga

Bodyweight Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a type of workout that uses the bodyweight to build muscle, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular health. Examples of calisthenics includes pushups, squats, crunches, planks, burpees & lunges, it uses little to no equipment. Perfect to challenge your members.
Pranayama. (Breathwork)

In yogic terms Prana means life-force, and pranayama is the channelling of energy within the body through breathing.
This class will go straight into guided breathing exercises.
Participants will build self-awareness within their body and mind.
This class is a 45 min guided breath-work designed to nurture your mental well-being.
Yoga Nidra

Suitable for All
Yoga Nidra is a state if consciousness between waking and sleeping, it provides rejuvenation, serenity, and balance through a calming guided breath-work, to seamlessly transitioning into a meditative state.
Great for relieving tiredness.
Yoga & Meditation

Duration - 75 min
Suitable for - Beginners
A great yoga class includes asanas or postures, breath-work and meditation. This class helps to build self-awareness, and physical & mental resilience for your participants.
60 min yoga flow with 15 min breathing and meditation, designed to give your members all the benefits of a yoga practice.
Gentle Yoga

Duration - 60 min
Suitable for - Limited physicality
This gentle yoga practice is slow-paced, and focuses on postures that help restore movement to dormant or injured parts of the body.
A regular practice of this class is perfect for restoring flexibility and elasticity.
