About Us

Frame 102.png

After years in the corporate world, I explored an inner desire to learn yoga—initially just for myself, my own practice, and to connect closer to my culture.

Over time, I realised the widespread need for holistic wellbeing support in corporate environments. Modern work culture creates physical and mental stress, and I started thinking about what the solution could be.

So I left my secure job, became a freelancer, trained as a yoga teacher, and set up Yukti.

Today, Yukti offers a variety of classes led by a community of instructors and health professionals. We empower individuals, teams, and organisations through movement practices that actually fit into the workday. Because when you learn to pause, breathe, and move with intention at work, that sense of presence follows you—home, into relationships, and everywhere you go.

It doesn't stop there—we're also widening opportunities for yoga and movement instructors, creating pathways for talented professionals to reach corporate spaces.

Let's elevate wellbeing in workplaces together.

What does Yukti mean?

In Sanskrit, yukti (युक्ति) means "skilful method" or "the right approach at the right moment." It's not about the destination—it's about the path. In yogic philosophy, yukti describes the intelligent, practical techniques that create transformation.

That's what we bring to workplaces: not just wellness, but the skilful means to make it happen—during your workday, with real people, in ways that actually work.
