1. Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a complimentary trial session so your team can experience our approach before committing. No obligation – just a chance to see if we're the right fit.
2. Do we need experience?
No experience necessary. Our instructors adapt every session for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Everyone is welcome.
3. What equipment is needed?
Each participant needs a yoga mat (own or company-provided). We also recommend a towel and water bottle. Our instructors bring their own equipment.
4. How does scheduling work?
Once you sign up, we agree on your preferred day and time, then schedule all your sessions in advance. You'll receive calendar invites – no need to book each session individually.
5. Where do you operate?
